100% awful. Very biased towards the father. Attempts to overstep her legal privileges and function as a consultant when only appointed as a PTE. Should really have her privileges revoked as she is not by any stretch a reasonable extension of the court system.
Jamie Manning is the cause of my daughter Mental Illness and has injured my child.
My child has been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress. It was caused by Cognitive Dissonance. Jamie Manning's testimony in my hearing was that the Respondent should attend 26 parenting time classes at the Perspectives program in St Louis Park.
They were also assigned for Supervised Parenting Time. Now if you had to take driving lessons would you take them if you were limited by Jamie Manning to take them from a person that has never owned or driven a car?
The Perspectives program which is the only program Jamie Manning would recommend required me to take Parenting Classes and parenting time from young unmarried women that do not children and have never been responsible for raising a child.
My daughter has been in counseling with Perspectives Social Worker Lee Morales. He has denied access to my daughters medical information, and refused to disclose whether or not my daughter has the cognitive dissonance which is the cause of Post Traumatic Stress.
I will report this to the Hennepin County Board in December. You are welcome to contribute your experience before the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners.

Good to know that it isn't just Janeen Massaros. Please complain to the ADR board if you want anything resolved. I'm going through the same thing with Janeen Massaros.
