Good to know that it isn't just Janeen Massaros. Please complain to the ADR board if you want anything resolved. We are going through a similar situation I'm sure, just with different PC's. I've consulted multiple family attorneys and they all recommended fornus to go through the ADR board. Provide facts only, not opinions and be honest, do not lie and the laws will side with you. I strongly agree! This person refuses to look at all the information before making crucial decisions that have a devastating effect on the outcome. She blatantly ignores solid, hardcore evidence that should be considered before making these decisions. The outcome is very costly, mentally and financially.
